First Location Coming Soon to Johnston County, North Carolina

I’m excited to share that my clients, Shaun and Nancy, have officially signed on as the newest franchisees with The Swing Bays. Shaun will be operating his locations with his son Conner. They’ll be opening two locations with the first in Johnston County, NC, which brings the brand to 12 locations currently under development across the country! 

From the start, Shaun and Nancy approached the process the right way. They focused on understanding the business model, the people behind the brand, and what ownership would actually look like day to day. One thing I emphasize when working with clients is the importance of following the franchisor’s process and making sure there’s real alignment before moving forward. Shaun and Nancy leaned into that process, asked good questions, and took the time to get comfortable with the opportunity. Once everything lined up, moving forward with two locations was a natural decision.

Johnston County is a growing market with an active population and strong interest in experiential concepts like indoor golf. It’s a solid fit for The Swing Bays and an exciting addition for the local community.
